This one for Pocket PC will place a single pink rose in the background of their Today screen. Granted, a male may not appreciate this so much, but the ladies love it.

Aside from the floral backdrop, the theme also changes the colours of some of the Windows Mobile menus, adding some dark grey bars with subtle gradients.

It's a much classier Valentine's theme than much of the tat I've seen out there, although I do have a slight problem with the design. That's because the menu text on the Today screen and in the transparent Start menu is in pink, meaning that where this text overlays the petals of the flower, it becomes almost unreadable.

Nevertheless, if you're true love is more interested in romantic gestures than the colour of mobile phone menu text, then this is sure to score you some brownie points this Valentine's.

Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14. In North America, it is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine's cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery.
